imotfoto is an AI-powered photo editing service built specifically for real estate photos. With one click you enhance your listing photos to professional quality, without Photoshop or Lightroom. You pay per listing (from €0.33 per photo), with no subscription.

How does it work?

Upload your real estate photo, our AI enhances it automatically (exposure, colors, sharpness and more), and you download the improved result. The whole process takes just 30 to 60 seconds per photo.

Which edits are made?

By default we improve image quality: exposure, color correction, perspective correction and sharpening. On top of that you can enable heavier edits yourself: sky replacement (blue sky), reflection removal, greener vegetation and grass, day-to-dusk and object removal. These are never on by default.

Are my photos manipulated?

By default imotfoto only improves image quality: light, color and sharpness. More invasive edits such as replacing the sky, greening the grass or removing an object are tools you enable deliberately; they are never on by default. You remain responsible for presenting the property honestly.

Can you use AI-edited real estate photos on imot.bg?

Yes, as long as the edit does not distort reality and you mention the use of AI in the listing description. That is why imotfoto focuses on faithful enhancement (light, color and optionally the sky), so the photo keeps representing the property honestly.

What is the difference between imotfoto and virtual staging?

Virtual staging digitally places furniture or an interior in an empty room. imotfoto improves your existing photo (light, color, sky, perspective) and never invents furnishings. The result is a better version of your real photo, not a fabricated image.

How much does it cost?

imotfoto works with a fixed price per listing. 1 Listing: up to 50 photos for €19.95 (~€0.40/photo), with all editing tools and batch processing. For agencies handling many listings there is Business: 300 credits for €99 (~€0.33/photo). New users get 10 free edits to try it out. All prices exclude VAT.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit or debit card. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider.

How long does an edit take?

Accepted Answer

A single photo edit takes 30 to 60 seconds on average. Batch processing of multiple photos can take a bit longer, depending on the number of photos.

Which file formats are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, TIFF and BMP. The maximum file size is 20 MB per photo.

Can I edit multiple photos at once?

Yes, with batch processing you can upload and edit up to 50 photos at once. You can then download the results as a ZIP file.

Are my photos safe?

Yes, all your photos are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 in the EU. Storage is encrypted and you can request deletion of your photos at any time.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account from the Settings page. All personal data and photos are then permanently deleted within 30 days.
