Question 1

What is imotfoto?

Accepted Answer

imotfoto is an AI-powered photo editing service built specifically for real estate photos. With one click you enhance your listing photos to professional quality, without Photoshop or Lightroom. You pay per listing (~€0.40 per photo) or take a subscription (from €0.17 per photo, cancel any time).

Question 2

How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Upload your real estate photo, our AI enhances it automatically (exposure, colors, sharpness and more), and you download the improved result. The whole process takes just 30 to 60 seconds per photo.

Question 3

Which edits are made?

Accepted Answer

By default we improve image quality: exposure, color correction, perspective correction and sharpening. On top of that you can enable heavier edits yourself: sky replacement (blue sky), reflection removal, greener vegetation and grass, day-to-dusk and object removal. These are never on by default.

Question 4

Are my photos manipulated?

Accepted Answer

By default imotfoto only improves image quality: light, color and sharpness. More invasive edits such as replacing the sky, greening the grass or removing an object are tools you enable deliberately; they are never on by default. You remain responsible for presenting the property honestly.

Question 5

Can you use AI-edited real estate photos on imot.bg?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the edit does not distort reality and you mention the use of AI in the listing description. That is why imotfoto focuses on faithful enhancement (light, color and optionally the sky), so the photo keeps representing the property honestly.

Question 6

What is the difference between imotfoto and virtual staging?

Accepted Answer

Virtual staging digitally places furniture or an interior in an empty room. imotfoto improves your existing photo (light, color, sky, perspective) and never invents furnishings. The result is a better version of your real photo, not a fabricated image.

Question 7

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Everything runs on credits: one full edit is one credit. Pay per listing: 1 Listing gives 50 credits for €19.95 (~€0.40/photo), with all editing tools and batch processing. Or subscribe: Pro gives 120 credits every month for €29/month (~€0.24/photo), Agency gives 500 credits every month for €95/month (~€0.19/photo) including white-label; yearly plans save up to 2 months and unused credits stay while you are subscribed. Need extra credits without a subscription? Top-up 300 credits for €99 (~€0.33/photo), they never expire. New users get 10 free edits to try it out, including 2 photos with every premium tool (sky, dusk, object removal and more); free results carry a small imotfoto logo in the corner. All prices exclude VAT.

Question 8

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by credit or debit card. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider.

Question 9

How long does an edit take?

Accepted Answer

A single photo edit takes 30 to 60 seconds on average. Batch processing of multiple photos can take a bit longer, depending on the number of photos.

Question 10

Which file formats are supported?

Accepted Answer

We support JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, TIFF and BMP. The maximum file size is 20 MB per photo.

Question 11

Can I edit multiple photos at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with batch processing you can upload and edit up to 50 photos at once. You can then download the results as a ZIP file.

Question 12

Are my photos safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all your photos are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 in the EU. Storage is encrypted and you can request deletion of your photos at any time.

Question 13

Can I delete my account?
